Plushigo is designed for shared reading, not unsupervised use. The account holder chooses adventures, receives emails and controls the access link. The recipient does not need to create their own account.

Every explorer and location stays consistent across the journey, and each postcard is checked before it reaches your family.
Read, explore and talk together
Preview postcards before sharing them, especially if the reader is sensitive to particular topics. Use the story as a starting point for conversation, and check important facts with an adult or another trusted source.
Keep your link private
Your private access link unlocks your adventure content. Do not post it publicly or put it in a support message. If you are concerned about access, contact customer service.

Use a first name rather than a full name. Do not submit an address, school, contact details or photographs in messages. Read our privacy information for how account and adventure details are handled.

You can pause an adventure from account settings. Report a content concern through customer service, identifying the destination and day rather than sending a private access link.
