How digital postcards arrive, where to get help and the current availability of physical keepsakes.
Digital adventures arrive by email
Each journey delivers a daily postcard to the email supplied at checkout, with a letter, explorer images and discoveries. Every adventure lasts seven delivery days, with one daily email containing three adventure images. A single adventure costs $9.99 USD, or subscribe for $9.99 USD per month for unlimited adventures, one active at a time. Your private dashboard holds the adventure content.
Subscription renewals
Unlimited Adventures renews automatically at $9.99 USD per month until cancelled. Cancel future renewals in your private dashboard. You can start adventures until the end of your paid period; an already-started adventure can finish. Physical keepsakes and shipping are not included.
Access and delivery controls
Your private access link is shown after payment confirmation. Keep it safe. If an email is missing, check your spam folder and delivery settings. You can pause or resume an adventure in account settings.

Our current approach is a full refund if your adventure has not started. Once postcards are being delivered, requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us with your adult email and order reference; requesting a refund does not issue one automatically.

Nothing on this page removes any statutory rights that apply to your purchase. Where local consumer law gives you additional cancellation or remedy rights, those rights still apply.
Printed books and physical add-ons
Physical book and plush add-ons are not currently available to purchase. Printing and shipping setup is still in progress. We do not yet offer confirmed shipping rates, delivery estimates or guaranteed worldwide coverage.
No automatic physical orders
A digital journey does not itself place a printing or plush order. When optional physical add-ons become available, their price, shipping eligibility and relevant terms will need to be shown before payment. Please contact us with any questions.
